Fiddle Fitness Virtual Event Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Registration:
  • Official Payment Gateway: All payments must be processed through our integrated payment gateway, utilizing customer-selected methods. Unofficial payment methods are strictly prohibited.
  • Access Code: Upon successful payment, customers will receive a unique access code for the virtual session. Sharing this code with non-paying individuals is prohibited.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations are permitted up to two (2) days prior to the scheduled session date.
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within the specified window will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • No Rescheduling: Rescheduling options are currently unavailable.
  • No Refunds (Exceptions): Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
    • Participant-Side Technical Issues:
      • Internet connectivity problems.
      • Hardware or software incompatibility.
      • Participant's general technical difficulties.
    • Participation and Access:
      • No-shows.
      • Late arrivals.
      • Sharing access codes and subsequent denial of access.
    • Content and Event Specifics:
      • Dissatisfaction with song selection.
      • Major disruptions beyond Fiddle Fitness's control.
      • Health and safety issues arising from participant's own negligence.
    • Other:
      • Violation of these terms and conditions.
      • Participation in promotional or discounted events.
3. Instructor Qualifications and Agreements:
  • Certified Instructors: Only Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) members with active licenses are authorized to conduct Zumba sessions.
  • Certified Instructors: All future sessions will be conducted by certified instructors with active licenses.
  • Freelance Contracts: All instructors will be officially onboarded and operate under a freelance contract with Fiddle Fitness.
4. General Provisions:
  • Fiddle Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via Whatsapp.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy to participate in virtual fitness classes.
  • Fiddle Fitness is not liable for any injuries sustained during virtual fitness sessions.
